A praia

E do Outono (meu último post) salto para o Inverno.  É certo que nestes últimos dias não tem sido o cenário mais seguro e também eu quero dizer adeus à chuva mas... a praia no Inverno também tem o seu encanto. Tirei estas fotografias nos últimos dois fins de semana anterior a este último e estava-se tão bem. A sensação de apenas eu e a praia, num areal deserto, a perder-se na vista é de uma tranquilidade única.

O Outono já chegou…  e com ele as folhas amarelas, o pôr do sol ainda cedo, o frio e o céu cinzento.

Autumn has arrived ... and with it the yellow leaves, the sunsent still early, the cold and the gray sky.

O Outono já chegou... e Lisboa cheira a castanha assada. Eu não gosto de castanhas mas Lisboa sem os assadores de castanhas não era a mesma coisa!

Autumn has arrived.. and Lisbon smells of roasted chestnuts. I don´t like to eat that but the city without the chestnut griller was not the same thing!

O Outono já chegou…  e o tempo continua a não ser suficiente para tudo o que gostaria de fazer. O blog tem andado “adormecido” e a máquina de costura continua à espera. Em contrapartida tenho-me dedicado mais à fotografia e as imagens que vos trago hoje foram tiradas num passeio junto à Barragem do Vale do Rossim, na Serra da Estrela. Fiquei maravilhada com tantos cogumelos e tão diferentes. E adoro aquelas árvores com bagas vermelhas, fazem-me lembrar que o Natal se avizinha.

Autumn has arrived ... and the time is still not enough for everything I wanted to do. The blog has been “dormant” and sewing machine is still waiting. However I have dedicated more time to photography and the pictures that I bring today were taken on a walk along the Vale do Rossim in the Serra da Estrela. I was amazed with so many mushrooms and so different.  I liked too of these trees with red berries. Remind me that Christmas is near.

Tulipas / Tulips

A primavera já chegou (embora com esta chuva e frio não o pareça) e cá por casa há já uma cor e cheirinho da estação com duas supostas tulipas em flor.
Spring has arrived (though with this rain and cold does not seem) and here at home there are already color and smell of the season with two alleged tulips in bloom.

Digo supostas porque são diferentes das que se vêem nas floristas ou daquelas que me fascinaram em Londres mas sempre animam estes dias mais cinzentos.
I say alleged because they are different than we saw in florists or those that fascinated me in London but always changes these days more gray.
