Nas últimos meses, com o entardecer mais tarde, os dias agradáveis de Verão e o aumento da minha resistência física, têm tornado as minhas corridas, no final do dia, mais motivantes. Já era fã das caminhadas; acho que me estou a tornar uma fã das corridas!
In last months, with the later evening, the pleasant days of summer and increased my endurance, running at the end of the day have become more motivating. Was already a fan of walking/ trekking, I think I'm becoming a fan of running!
